Tarver Program Consultants was incorporated on July 1, 1992 in Meridian, MS. Paul H. Tarver began working with computers as a profession while studying at the University of Southern Mississippi and began freelance custom programming in 1989. Over the years, Paul has developed vertical market applications for the timber industry, rural water associations, company billing and inventory systems.

In 1992, Tarver Program Consultants, Inc. began offering payroll conversion services to move employee payroll details between various payroll applications and third party service providers as well as developing custom interfaces between outsourced payroll systems and internal accounting systems. TPC has constantly been developing new markets by developing custom time clock and scale data interfaces, custom ACH interfaces, third party benefit interfaces and payroll tax service interfaces. Our products are used to move data between systems, companies and even countries.

Working with third party providers such as ADP, Ceridian, PayChex, and MasterTax, TPC has become known nationally for specializing in moving digital data between different software systems efficiently;  eliminating duplicate manual entry where ever possible, improving employee productivity and reducing the overhead costs of managing, maintaining and moving large amounts of data. TPC customers regularly get over 10 years of service from their interfaces making the total cost of ownership of a TPC Interface one of the lowest in the industry.
