Paul Tarver designed an interface which made it possible to process payroll in-house and upload information to ADP for tax filing purposes.  We have just completed our first year of working with Paul, and could not imagine going through this without his assistance.  We did not anticipate every issue that we were faced with, but Paul responded to any and all situations immediately and did what was necessary to get us through, often within a very short window of time. I highly recommend Paul Tarver and look forward to working with him on a continued basis.  We are in excellent hands.
