Our payroll is fairly complex (multi-state, union & non-union employees, certified payrolls, and job-costed payrolls, etc..) which could not be replicated with the standard ADP payroll system offerings. Tarver Program Consultants, Inc. wrote a data conversion program to take a database export of our payroll data and convert that to a format that enabled ADP to process our payroll. This has saved our payroll department significant time with external reporting & processing, which is one of ADP's strengths. The program also allowed us to FULLY integrate our payroll reporting with other ADP's services such as: Electronic Pay-stubs, Pay cards, W2's, SUI and other tax reporting requirements, resolved with another program, which would have been impossible without Paul's product. Paul's program is simple, elegant, and does exactly what was promised. Paul was able to identify the programming & integration issues and provide ongoing support whenever we have had to modify the program. I would highly recommend Paul and his company for any programming services you might need. He delivers a great product, on schedule, and at a very reasonable cost. Two thumbs up!
