How much does a custom interface cost?
The best answer is the dreaded “It Depends.” The simple answer is that our pricing is based upon the expected labor needed to create a particular type of interface for a particular client. For example, a general ledger interface usually requires less labor and therefore is less expensive than a tax services interface which requires much more time to validate and complete. Additionally, if the client is able to provide us with discreet exported files from their system, the interface will typically be less expensive than if we are to connect directly to the data source and extract the data ourselves. Contact us regarding your specific needs and we’ll be happy to provide a quote free of charge. We’ll discuss your options, situation and expectations and then provide you with a quote. Rest assured your interface will never cost more than the highest price we quote to you in writing. If we miscalculate the labor required, we will never bill you for cost overruns.
